I'm Faith O'Malley, founder of North End Development. With a background in architectural design and construction management, I started this business after recognizing an important need in custom residential construction: homeowners deserve an experienced advocate in their corner to navigate the design and construction process on their behalf. With experience as an Owner's Representative on projects ranging from $3M–$20M across the South Bay and Cabo, I understand both the creative vision and the realities of the job site.

I love that every project is different — each home reflects the unique style and personality of its owner. There's something deeply rewarding about creating a tangible space where families and friends will share special moments and build lasting memories.

Based in Hermosa Beach, I'm never far from the ocean or planning my next ski trip. When I'm not on a job site, you'll find me enjoying the same coastal lifestyle that inspires the homes I help create.
